Staffed, not prompted

Run a company of fifty with a board of one.

Dokuri gives every founder a full AI org — a CEO agent, engineers, marketers, analysts, ops — coordinating in the background while you set direction. Bring co-founders or teammates onto the board. Everyone below ships.

No code. No prompts. You approve, they ship.·Cancel any time. Take your work with you.

What they do

Both sides of the house, one staff.

Engineering that ships. Marketing that launches. Analysts who tell you what worked. No contractors. No agency. No prompts.

01

They build the product

Frontend, backend, QA. Describe a feature in a sentence. They design it, code it, test it, and queue it for review.

02

They launch the product

Landing copy, social posts, ad variants, email flows, SEO pages. Drafted on-brand and waiting for your sign-off.

03

They tell you what worked

Your analyst watches signups, retention, CAC, support volume. Surfaces what needs you. Skips what doesn't.

04

Approval-first

Every deploy, post, email, and ad spend pauses for a one-click yes from your phone. Nothing goes live without you.

05

A digest, not a dashboard

Six bullets at 9am: what shipped, what's drafted, what needs you. Read it on the train. Reply "go" or "fix."

06

Plugs into your stack

GitHub, Figma, Notion, Slack, Stripe, Google Ads, Mailchimp, your CMS. Grant access the way you'd onboard a teammate.

07

Templates for day one

SaaS, DTC store, mobile app, content site. Pick a preset team; swap anyone to taste.

08

Works the night shift

Coworkers hand off cleanly at midnight. You wake up to drafts, deploys, and three decisions to make.

09

Your data stays yours

Private workspace per project. Nothing trains a foundation model. Export everything, any time, no questions asked.

A day in your office

You run the meeting. They do the work.

A real Thursday. Eight minutes of decisions. Everything else happens on its own.

How it works

Three steps from one idea to a working team.

01ichi

Describe your product

“A recipe app for busy parents.” That's the brief. No spec docs. No prompts to engineer.

02ni

We staff it

Dokuri proposes a team of six to twelve — devs, marketers, analysts. Approve. Swap. Done in eight minutes.

03san

Run your standup

Every morning: what they did, what's blocked, what needs your call. Reply “go” or “fix.” Close the tab.

Your team

People to work with. Not a chatbot.

Every coworker has a name, a face, a role, a temperament. You'll learn who writes the punchiest copy and who finds the tidiest bugs. It changes how the week feels.

FAQ

Questions we hear before the first hire.

Do I need to code?
No. If you can write a project brief — "a recipe app for busy parents, $9/mo, October launch" — you can run a team on Dokuri. Your engineers turn it into features. Your marketers turn it into copy. You turn it into "yes" or "not yet."
How is this different from ChatGPT or a dev-agent tool?
Those are one brain you have to prompt. Dokuri is a team that works on its own — a dev tackles the feature while a marketer drafts the launch while an analyst watches the numbers. They coordinate. You stop writing prompts and start being the boss.
What can they actually ship?
Websites and web apps. Landing pages. Email campaigns. Ad variants. SEO content. Social posts. Support replies. Analytics reports. Research briefs. Simple automations. If a product team usually hires a freelancer or an agency for it, it's in scope.
I already have a team. Does Dokuri fit?
Yes. Give your human leads the keys and the AI coworkers become extra hands — a second frontend dev, a copy intern who works overnight, an analyst who reads dashboards you don't have time for. Nothing about your stack has to change.
Will it publish things without my approval?
Never by default. Every public action — deploy, post, email send, ad spend — pauses for a one-click "go." You can raise the trust level on any individual coworker once they've earned it.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my work?
Month-to-month, no penalty. On the way out, a full export: code, copy, brand kit, analytics. The team goes back into the roster pool; your work stays yours.
What does "Dokuri" mean?
A nod to 独り (hitori, "alone") and 録 (roku, "record") — independent work, logged faithfully. In practice: every coworker works on their own and leaves a receipt you can read.
One project, one week

No card. No sales call. Describe one product you want to ship — we'll staff a team around it by morning. Keep it, or walk.
